According to data collected in the latest Observatory of Engineering in Spain 2022, women only represent 20% of engineering professionals in Spain, being our specialty below this percentage. These data do not improve in our European environment either, so it is evident that women are underrepresented in the engineering sector in Europe, in Spain and in particular in engineering companies dedicated to building installations and energy efficiency. In general engineering companies, the percentage of women rarely exceeds 30% and most of the time it is closer to 20% than 30%.

In this sense, at INGHO we have something important to say: in September our staff has exceeded 40% of women. In addition, in INGHO, women represent 50% of the positions of responsibility. This is a milestone that makes us proud and shows that the effort we have been making is paying off and is not the result of chance, but of our conviction. We will continue in this line because this is the future… the future of engineering as well.
